InkPact Micron

Tape Marks the Ball. InkPact Reads the Swing.

If you already use impact tape, you believe in visual feedback. InkPact gives you more of it — without touching your ball's compression or covering a single groove.

Does Impact Tape Work?

It works, but it comes with tradeoffs.

Tape's thickness changes ball compression and covers the grooves, so what you're reading isn't quite the shot you actually hit. It also has to be applied per ball, which slows down reps between swings. InkPact Micron dries in under 2 seconds directly on the clubface, reads compression and angle of attack (not just contact point), and never touches the ball at all.

Impact Tape does mark the ball path, but its thickness changes ball compression and covers the grooves, altering spin and flight. Foot spray takes longer to dry, leaves the clubface wet, and affects spin, flight and bounce until it's cleaned off.

FAQ

Questions Switchers Ask

Does InkPact affect ball flight or spin?

No. InkPact Micron applies a thin, fast-drying coating that doesn't interfere with the grooves, so spin, flight and bounce stay exactly as they are.

Will it smell or leave residue on my clubs?

No. It's odor-free and dries clean within seconds, so there's no sticky residue to wipe off between swings.

How does it stay attached to my bag?

The kit includes a magnetic quick connector and carabiner clip, so it stays attached to your bag and is always within reach during practice.

Is it easy to clean off the clubface?

Yes. Unlike tape residue or foot spray buildup, InkPact wipes off easily with a towel, no scrubbing required.

Do I still need impact tape if I have InkPact?

No — InkPact replaces tape for practice feedback. It reads more (compression and angle of attack, not just contact point), dries in seconds, and never changes how the ball compresses or flies.
